General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop Edelblick.at by consumers or entrepreneurs. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognised unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking on the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by an automatic e-mail immediately after the order is sent. The purchase contract is only concluded with our express order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.
4. prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include VAT unless otherwise stated. In addition to the indicated prices, shipping costs may apply, which are indicated in the respective product description or during the ordering process.

Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

Delivery will be made within the delivery time specified in the respective product offer. If a product is not available or the delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed immediately.

10. final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the United Kingdom shall apply insofar as there are no mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary.

3. consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 8 days of the date of purchase.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
4. return of the goods
The goods must be returned to us immediately and at the latest within 8 days from the date of purchase.
The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
