1. orders & dispatch

How can I place an order?

It's really easy! Choose your favourite model, add it to your shopping basket and go to the checkout. Enter your delivery address and select a payment method. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Which countries does Edelblick deliver to?

We deliver within Austria and to selected European countries. You can find a detailed overview of the shipping countries and costs in the checkout process.

How long does the dispatch take?

Austria: 2-4 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
International orders: 7-14 working days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. return & exchange

Can I return my glasses if I don't like them?

Yes, you can return your order within 8 days of the date of purchase. The goods must be unworn and in the original packaging.

How does a return work?

Contact our support team at hello@edelblick.at and request a return label.
Pack your glasses safely in the original packaging.
Send the parcel to the address given.
After receipt, we will check the goods and refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.

Do I have to pay the return costs myself?

Yes, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment. However, if the glasses are faulty or the wrong product has been delivered, we will of course cover the return costs.

Can I exchange my glasses for a different colour or model?

No, unfortunately an exchange is not possible.
